The widgets used across this website are designed to improve understanding of more complex concepts. However, problems can occur when trying to access these resources. Here are the main problems that can occur:
1 - Site not secure error
In case that the plot shows up white without showing any data, please check on your browser that the script is "allowed/unblocked". Usually it will give you a little notification on the website URL. It might look similar to the image to the right (Chrome). If this is the case click "load unsafe script".
2 - The IP address refuses to connect.
There are also instance were you might encounter the following message: 129.100.119.56 refused to connect. In that case, please contact us as this is an issue we must fix on our side.
